Thanksgiving 2024: Have a wonderful holiday!

I’m in the midst of moving my residence and all the stress and chaos that brings, but today I’m going to be powering down to enjoy good food, wine and a day off from the things I do (like writing books, blogs and creating history videos). I hope you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday filled with the people, things and traditions you love. The world is in a very dark place right now, but we do still have things to be thankful for in our lives, and the purpose of this holiday is never more relevant and necessary than it is in times like these.

I’m thankful for everyone who reads this blog and supports my work in trying to make sense of the human past. So, thank you.
